+-*In Wake of Beheadings, Coptic Bishop and Catholic Cardinal Call for Solidarity, Forgiveness Government Officials and Nonprofit Leaders Join Prelates at Press Conference Honoring 21 Murdered Coptic Christians Washington, D.C. — Bishop Angaelos, the Coptic spokesman for the English speaking world, today joined Cardinal Wuerl of Washington, D.C., in calling for solidarity and forgiveness at a press conference about the videotaped ISIS beheadings of 21 Coptic Christians in Libya—captives murdered for no reason other than their faith.
